This luxury property was located in Lucas, TX and sat on an acre lot. The property had a great open floor-plan with modern farmhouse elements throughout. Hand carved wood floors, wooden beams and blue accents gave the home a beautiful charm. For this occupied stage, we decided to use additional wooden elements along with transitional pieces to coordinate but elevate the already existing elements and furniture pieces. 

 

Staging the property helped create an emotional connection with those who toured it, helping the homeowners receive multiple strong offers in the first week on the market!
