THE BRADBURY DRIVE PROJECT

This occupied stage brought us to a family's home in Carrollton. They were relocating to an area about 3 hours south of the DFW area, so they were in the process of purging items that weren't going to make the move. Because of this, they needed complete furnishings in their front two rooms, including their dining room and a room we staged as an office. Our goal was to blend the style of their home and existing furniture with the staged items, in unison with neutralizing each room. Staging this home helped it stand out in the listing photos, and brought over 100 potential buyers through the doors in its first weekend on the market. In total, the homeowners received 10 competitive offers and accepted one $29,500 over list price!
