This Dallas property was a renovation project with new paint, flooring, and fixtures. The large one story house was located in a sought after area of Dallas, but it needed Bluebird Design Co's help so buyers could visualize the full potential of the property. Our team added warmth with our chosen color palette of cognac, navy, and deep green. Modern accents of gold and black coordinated with the existing light and plumbing fixtures. Leaning into the mid-century modern style with transitional elements gave this property an updated but fun vibe for buyers to fall in love with.
