THE IVORY HORN PROJECT

This property was located in Carrollton, TX and had previously been a rental property for the homeowner, who was an investor. The property had a great open floor-plan with modern elements throughout. We decided to use black and gold accents to coordinate with the gray color scheme of the home, but we wanted to warm up the spaces and make them more inviting by adding wood elements and accents of navy. The use of color and various natural elements and textures, elevated the look and feel of the home in photos and in showings.

 

Staging the property helped create an emotional connection with those who toured it, helping the homeowners receive multiple strong offers in the first weekend on the market! This project was staged and closed in less than 30 days!
