We loved working on this staging project, as we really got to stretch our creativity. We brought in almost complete furnishings for the dining, primary, and living rooms. In every other area of the home, we worked with pieces the homeowner had, created new room layouts, and added new bedding, art, and accent furniture. This property received multiple offers over list price and was under contract in only 5 days.
