THE RILEY DRIVE PROJECT

This property was located in Carrollton, TX and had been recently renovated. The homeowners made great selections for the finishes of the property, making it a beautiful blank canvas to begin with. It had a great floor-plan with an open layout, and our job was to stage it so potential buyers felt at home the moment they walked through the doors.  We decided to use black and gold accents to create a modern but cozy vibe and to tie into the existing black accents throughout the home. To add warmth, we also used neutral brown tones, adding cohesion with the flooring. This property was located next to a beautiful greenbelt, and they had just installed a new deck. To highlight the beautiful view, we staged a conversation area along with an outdoor dining space so potential buyers could visualize themselves hosting their next dinner party there. Staging the property helped create an emotional connection with those who toured it, helping the homeowners receive multiple strong offers in the first weekend on the market!
