WE MEET.
Our Occupied Staging Services begin with a Listing Evaluation. Once the evaluation is complete, the homeowner can use the customized "Selling Success Plan" to begin preparing their home for photos and showings.​
WE PLAN.
Homeowners can implement any or all of our suggestions from the Listing Evaluation OR simply hire us to come back and do the work for you!

Our services can also include additional accessories or furniture rental package depending on the needs of your home.

​The Bluebird Design Company team can put together a custom proposal with quotes for our services and any additional items you may need for your home staging.
WE STAGE.
Game day! Our team will organize the delivery and staging of all items at your property.

After we finish, the home will be photo ready and prepped for showings! Once you have an offer and established closing date, we will come back to collect all staged materials so you can move on to your next amazing home!
